I learned more in Ilocos Sur National High School. Most specially to our computer subject. I learn how to use the computer. I learn also how to create a blogger.
In studying I encountered some problems/challenges. Sometimes it hard to follow instruction that our teacher give to us. And also sometimes it hard to understand our lessons.
I address all these challenges by believing to myself and in giving all my best.

HEALTH IS WEALTH
Health is wealth. Always put this in mind. In order to prevent diseases there are some ways that we should do and follow. Eat well, eat nutritious foods, eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. But What is Health?
Health is a condition of our Physical, Emotional, Mental and Social well-being. We should eat nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits. We need health in order to attain our goals. We should avoid eating junk foods, but we should practice eating nutritious foods.
Always remember that "what the mind can conceive the body can achieve".
